• We use The Courier Guy, CourierIT, MDS or Dawn Wing but you are welcome to send your own courier or pickup from our premises in Rosebank.
• We will exchange defective products within the warranty period. This is usually 30 days for refurbished items unless stated otherwise.
• If items are damaged in transit, please notify us immediately upon receiving the package in order to file a claim with shipper. (PLEASE RETAIN ALL SHIPPING MATERIALS FOR CLAIM PICKUP)
• Any problem with an item must be reported within warranty period.
